Rather large water-stain to bottom half of front board & on corner of back board - inner pages/text not affected. Various imperfections & blemishes to both boards from handling. Spine has darkened with age & red lettering is difficult to read. P.O.'s signature in pencil, 2nd fff, dated 1879; bookplate by same owner, center of front board. No other markings. Book is tightly bound - both hinges are sound. 152 pages + 8 pgs of ads.
