Spine bumping & rubs, hd & ft, corners. Both end-papers have darkened with age. The spine is a little darkened with age/handling and the gilt lettering is mostly missing, but still legible. Previous seller's price notation, in pencil, top corner of the fff; and again, inside of back board. There is also a small bookstore label ("Paul Elder & Company - San Francisco"), at the bottom of that board. Several of the inner pages have become spotted with age, mostly at the first and last few pages, near the top. The text is not affected, and is still completely legible. There is just a touch of separation at the head, but the book is still tightly bound - both hinges are sound. 330 pages.
