Vanguard Press, NY, 1971 (copyright). Yellow/black cloth, indented decorative front board, dyed top-edge, light orange end-papers, gilt letters against a black spine. Minor spine bumping/wear, hd & ft, corners. Previous seller's price, in pencil, top corner of fff - no other markings. Crisp white pages - appears to be un-read. The bottom back corner has a small printer's error, with a tab of excess orange paper un-trimmed. There is a small (ink?) blemish to the center of the back board. Book is tightly bound, square & true - both hinges are sound. The DJ is chipped & creased, mainly at the top & bottom of the spine - there is a 1/2" chick missing from the top corner & a 1" tear on the other corner. There are two other small tears along the bottom edge of the jacket, along with minor edge creasing. The spine is lightly sun-faded, in places. Still bright & colorful despite those faults. The publisher's original price of $7.95 is at the bottom of the front flap. Now in a BroDart protective sleeve. 512 pages.
